Avoid common usability issuesAvoid some of the most common usability pitfalls by ensuring that you:

  1. Keep the main site navigation consistent throughout the entire site.
  2. Set expectations when it comes to the number of steps/stages required on a web form.
  3. Keep copy concise and to-the-point and break paragraphs up using headings.

  5. Let users access the information they’re searching for as easily as possible.
  6. Make your contact information easy to find.

    7. It is not about you, it is about your audience – the purpose of a site is to provide information for a visitor to make an informed decision to commit to buy

    8. Display content in a hierarchical manner and make labelling schemes persistent across your site

    9. Use clean paths, capture their attention + use related information and call-to-actions to convert visitors to customers
